GAMES

First, establish an order of players. The first player calls their shot. The player shooting must verbally call out what shot they are about to attempt, it can be any type of shot (the objective is to make the shot difficult so that the next player has a hard time repeating it). If the shot is made, the next player has to make the same shot or they will be assigned the first letter (T). If the second player makes the same exact shotthen it falls to the next player and so on until the original shooter is up to shoot. At this point, the first player can attempt any shot they would like.

Start by picking 5 spots around the Tramcore trampoline in a half circle. Each person takes turns shooting the basketball from each location. If a person makes a basket, they move on to the next spot and they continue to shoot until they miss. Once they miss, it's the nect persons shot. Players take turns until they have completed the half circle TWO times. Once they have made a basket from each location twice, they move to the center of the trampoline and shoot from the Tramcore logo. First person to complete the half cirlce twice and makes the final basket from the logo wins!

First, everyone must form a line at the Tramcore logo at the center of the trampoline. The first two players in line each take a Tramcore mini trampoline basketball. Next, the first person shoots the ball; if they make the basket, they grab their ball and pass it to the next third person in line and then go to the end of the line. If the player misses the shot, he/she must retrieve the ball and try to make it in the hoop, whichever way they would like, before the next person in line makes their shot. Once the first person has shot the ball, the second person can shoot.

EXERCISES

First, position yourself at the center of the trampoline. Get a feel for the trampoline and get a rythm going before starting. Begin by bouncing at a controlled, consistant height. At the climax of each bounce, bring one leg high into the air as though you are kicking. Bring the leg back down before landing. Repeat, alternating legs each bounce. Repeat a series of repetitions that you are comfortable with, take a break, and repeat.
